AEKO Intelligence ("Company") values the personal information of its users in providing the AEKO service ("Service") and protects user personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act and related laws. This Privacy Policy explains how the Company collects, uses, and protects your personal information.

Article 1. Personal Information Collected

The Company collects the following personal information to provide the Service.

Required Information

  • Name, email address, job title, company name
  • Account identifier (Object ID) via Microsoft Azure AD CIAM
  • Payment information: card details (processed and stored by Toss Payments; the Company does not store card numbers), billing key, payment history

Automatically Collected Information

  • Service usage records, access logs, IP address, device information, browser information
  • Domain and prompt analysis configuration data

Article 2. Purpose of Collection & Use

  • User registration and account management
  • Providing AI Engine Optimization (AEO) analysis services
  • Processing subscription payments and billing management
  • Improving service quality and developing new features
  • Fulfilling legal obligations and resolving disputes
  • Sending service-related notices and informational emails

Article 3. Retention Period

In principle, the Company destroys personal information without delay once the purpose of collection and use has been fulfilled. However, the following information is retained for the periods specified by applicable laws.

Article 4. Disclosure to Third Parties

In principle, the Company does not disclose user personal information to external parties. However, information may be shared in the following cases necessary for service operation.

Payment Processing — Toss Payments

  • Information provided: name, email, payment amount, subscription details
  • Purpose: subscription payment processing and billing key issuance
  • Retention: in accordance with applicable laws after payment completion

AI Analysis Services — Microsoft Azure OpenAI, Google AI, Anthropic, etc.

  • Information provided: analysis target prompts, domain information (no personally identifiable information included)
  • Purpose: AI engine response analysis and optimization report generation
  • Retention: in accordance with each AI service provider's policies

※ Information may be disclosed in response to lawful requests from investigative authorities as required by law.

Article 5. User Rights

Users may exercise the following rights at any time.

  • Right of Access: Request to view personal information held by the Company
  • Right of Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate personal information
  • Right of Erasure: Request deletion of personal information (excluding information required for legal obligations)
  • Right to Restrict Processing: Request suspension of personal information processing
  • Right to Withdraw Consent: Withdraw consent for the collection and use of personal information

You may exercise these rights through the settings page within the Service, or by contacting us at the information below. We will process your request without delay.

Article 6. Cookie Policy

The Company uses cookies to improve service convenience and collect usage statistics.

Session Cookies: Maintain login state, store language settings (deleted when browser closes)

Functional Cookies: Preserve user preferences (retained for up to 1 year)

Analytics Cookies: Collect service usage statistics (anonymized)

You may refuse cookies through your browser settings, but some service features may be limited.
