Free Product Page Check: See What AI Can Read with the AEKO Plugin

AEKO3 min readUpdated

Three skills in the AEKO plugin work without an AEKO account. They audit a product page and a site, then build a product page draft from verified facts. Putting the result on your store comes after your own check.

The AEKO plugin is a set of skills you install in your AI

The AEKO plugin is a set of skills for Claude, Codex, and Gemini CLI. A skill is a set of task instructions the AI follows, and you run it by typing a command in the chat.

Some skills work without an AEKO account. Three of them check product pages and sites.

Three commands for checking

The three commands read public pages and show the result in the chat. They do not change your store.

Three commands for checking
CommandWhat you give itWhat you get
/aeko-pdp-auditA product page URL or a saved HTML fileAn audit of one product page, including facts that exist only inside detail images
/aeko-site-auditA site URLAn audit of whether AI can read the public site
/aeko-pdp-buildThe facts from the audit, or a product URLPaste-ready product page HTML and matching JSON-LD

Start with one product page

Run /aeko-pdp-audit with the URL of your best-selling product. You will see whether details such as who it suits, what it contains, and how to use it are in the page text or only inside detail images.

Some models interpret images, but that does not mean every search or collection path reads a full detail image. It is safer to also write image-only details as text.

Turn the audit into a product page draft

/aeko-pdp-build builds product page HTML and JSON-LD from verified facts. The result is a draft. Check the facts and wording yourself before you put it on your store.

For the whole site, /aeko-site-audit checks whether AI can read your public site.

Install

Install it in the AI you use, then type /aeko-start in a new chat.

What needs an AEKO account

Checking and drafting work without an account. Monitoring AI answers, source history, tracked prompts, store changes, and publishing need an AEKO connection.

You connect over MCP. The steps are in the guide “Connect Claude or Codex and hand off work”.
