Carry brand evidence into a task

Use products, reviews, and sources as evidence for the task you select.

Before you start

This guide preserves the Brand Hub/Wiki URL and explains selecting evidence for a current task. Distinguish any retained Wiki document from the original product source.

Step by step

  1. Choose the brand and product, and check the original product and review associations.
  2. Separate product facts such as price, ingredients, and usage from customer experiences.
  3. Carry selected contexts and sources into an ad or content plan.
  4. Specify brand voice and disallowed expressions in the task instructions.
  5. Review returned claims against their sources and reuse the checked evidence in the next task.

Check the result

Brand knowledge becomes a reference for the next task. Distinguish newly collected information from information the team has reviewed and accepted.

If something goes wrong

  • Check status and official URLs when collection fails.
  • If GitHub integration is unavailable, check deployment support and use available document export paths.
  • If an external AI reads stale documents, check its connection and selected package version.
