Set up hosted automations
Configure supported jobs, schedules, and output handling, then inspect runs.
Before you start
You need Pro or Enterprise, a domain, and the data connections required by the job. Check compatible account access and credit balance for ad jobs.
Step by step
- Choose a supported job in AUTOMATIONS: review context extraction, review-based ads, or brief-based ads. This is not arbitrary hosting of every skill.
- Review product, review, or brief inputs and selected skills and evaluations. Start with a small scope.
- Set the schedule and output handling. Available destinations and states differ by job; inspect the actual options before saving.
- Read stage status, errors, outputs, evaluations, and credit usage in run history. Check ad creation and activation states separately.
- Apply reviewed learning to skills and brand documents before enabling recurring runs. Confirm that proposed document changes were actually accepted.
Check the result
Each run should have an ID, inputs, and output state. Review context extraction is currently exempt from credit deduction; inspect usage for chargeable jobs such as ad workflows.
If something goes wrong
- Restore source sync and product associations if inputs are missing.
- If credits are insufficient, inspect balance and the allowance period. Do not assume repeated retries succeed.
- Marketing pause rules and customer-AI scheduled loops are separate from this hosted-job catalog.
