What Counts Toward Limits
Understanding how limits are counted helps you use your plan efficiently.
Tracked Prompts
The number of unique prompts you're currently monitoring. Deleted prompts don't count against your limit.
Domains
Unique root domains registered. Subdomains are included under their root domain.
Markets
Country + language combinations. For example, US (English) and Japan (Japanese) each count as one market.
Products
Unique product URLs being analyzed. The same product with different URLs counts separately.
AI Platforms by Tier
The AI platforms available for monitoring vary by plan. More platforms means broader coverage of the channels where consumers ask AI for recommendations.
Starter & Growth
OpenAI (GPT-4o) only. Tracks responses from ChatGPT, the most widely used AI assistant.
Pro
OpenAI + Google (Gemini) + Perplexity. Covers the three major AI engines for a complete picture of your AI visibility.
Enterprise
All platforms including Anthropic (Claude). The most comprehensive monitoring with no blind spots.
Tracking Frequency
Tracking frequency is how often AEKO sends prompts to AI engines and collects responses. Higher frequency means faster detection of changes in AI responses.

Upgrading Your Plan
Go to Settings → Subscription and select a new plan. Changes take effect immediately. Mid-cycle upgrades are prorated.
Upgrade Steps
- Go to Settings → Subscription
- Select your desired plan
- Confirm payment details
- New plan applies immediately
Billing
Payments are processed through Toss Payments. Billing is on a monthly cycle. Receipts are available in Settings. You can cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Billing Details
- Payment methods: credit card, debit card (via Toss Payments)
- Billing cycle: monthly auto-renewal
- Receipts: downloadable from Settings → Subscription
- Cancellation: anytime, service continues until period ends
