Store & Data Integrations
Connect Shopify, Cafe24, review sources (cre.ma, Judge.me, Cafe24), and GA4 — and what each unlocks.
Integrations at a Glance
AEKO connects three kinds of external data. Each unlocks different features, so we recommend connecting in order: store → reviews → GA4.
- Store (Shopify · Cafe24): product catalog sync, mention detection, publishing optimizations live
- Review sources (cre.ma · Judge.me · Cafe24): customer reviews → contexts, suggested prompts, content ideas, ad creative
- GA4: sessions, orders, and revenue from AI platforms (Site Performance)
Connecting Shopify
In the Settings → Store Integrations tab, click Connect Store on your domain's row, pick Shopify as the platform, and enter your store address (mystore.myshopify.com). Approve the permissions on Shopify's consent screen and the connection completes — product sync starts automatically. You can also start from the Shopify App Store by installing the AEKO app.
What connecting enables
- Automatic sync of active products — names, descriptions, images, prices, inventory, tags (unlimited on every plan)
- Blog and page content sync (Shopify only)
- Write-backs — publish product descriptions, JSON-LD, tags, and meta directly to your store (every change is recorded and revertible)
The integration row shows your write-permission state. Write enabled means publishing works; Re-auth required means click "Reconnect for write-back" to re-approve. Sync runs automatically every day, and the Force Sync Now button runs it on demand.
* Disconnecting stops product sync and store publishing, but your existing monitoring data stays in AEKO.
Connecting Cafe24
In the same Settings → Store Integrations tab, keep the platform on Cafe24 (the default), enter your Mall ID, and approve on Cafe24's consent screen. If you start from the Cafe24 App Store instead, you approve first and then sign in to AEKO — the connection completes automatically after login.
Capabilities match Shopify: automatic product sync, write-backs (with the same re-auth badge), daily plus on-demand sync. A Cafe24 connection additionally lets you use your product review board as a review source (below).
Connecting Review Sources
Review integrations are set up on the Reviews tab of the Analyze → Context page. A store must be connected first — reviews attach to your synced, selling products.
cre.ma
Enter the Client ID and Client Secret issued by cre.ma.
Judge.me
Enter your store identifier (e.g., mystore.myshopify.com) and API token.
Cafe24 (native reviews)
No API keys needed — reviews are pulled directly from your connected Cafe24 store's product review board.
Connecting starts a backfill of past reviews; afterwards, use Sync now to pull new ones. Imported reviews are analyzed automatically and given a context score.
What reviews unlock
- Context candidates — save recurring problems and use cases as contexts
- Suggested prompts — track the real questions your customers ask
- Content ideas — the evidence behind customer-context recommendations
- Ad creative — review-based standard ads (Marketing)
Connecting GA4
GA4 connects right on the Measure → Site Performance page. Click Connect in the top banner to authenticate with Google, then Load properties → pick your GA4 property → Select property. An initial sync of the last 90 days starts immediately.
Once connected you unlock per-AI-platform sessions, orders, and revenue, country breakdowns, and landing-page conversion rates. For interpreting the metrics, see the Measure — Site & Ad Performance guide.
* Disconnecting only stops new data collection — historical metrics are kept, and reconnecting resumes where you left off.
