Connect stores and data

Connect Shopify, Cafe24, review sources, GA4, AI clients, and ad accounts.

Before you start

Check administrator permissions and the relevant domain. External authorization and AEKO plan entitlements are separate. Store and review integrations have different entitlements. Review integrations and contexts require Pro or Enterprise.

Step by step

  1. Enter your Shopify address or Cafe24 Mall ID under Settings → Store integrations and finish the platform consent flow. Continue the original installation path if you started in an app store.
  2. Check synced products under Products. Renew authorization when the connection requests reauthentication.
  3. Configure cre.ma, Judge.me, or Cafe24 under Reviews. Enter required keys in the dashboard and verify product associations after sync.
  4. Authorize Google under MEASURE → Site performance and select a GA4 property. Check the property and period.
  5. Connect AEKO MCP from your AI client. Use supported paths under Ad settings for OpenAI Ads accounts, feeds, and events.
  6. Direct AEKO Shop store connections start at aeko.shop. Distinguish platform access from the separate Shop account, setup, and billing.

Check the result

Check connection state, last sync, and actual imported records. A successful connection message does not mean all historical data has been collected.

If something goes wrong

  • Reauthorize with the correct account when permissions fail.
  • For missing data, check domain, store, property, and collection status.
  • Enter secret keys only in account settings, not in brand documents or AI conversations.
