Troubleshooting
Check connection errors, missing data, execution failures, and publishing problems.
Before you start
Record the domain, screen, time, and run ID. If connection or publishing status is unclear, inspect existing results before retrying.
Step by step
- For a locked menu, check the active plan and domain. Successful sign-in and feature entitlement are separate.
- For missing products or reviews, inspect source connection, sync status, and product associations. Update keys or tokens only in settings.
- For missing AI answers, check tracking registration, supported market and engine, last collection, and refresh timing.
- For hosted failures, read the failed stage, inputs, evaluation, and balance in run details. Distinguish credit-exempt jobs from chargeable jobs.
- For publishing failures, inspect destination permissions, required fields, and already-created URLs. A draft is not a published page.
- For inactive Fact Check, read collection and service-activation guidance. An old excerpt does not verify the current full page.
Check the result
When contacting support, include task identifiers and the error message needed to reproduce the issue. Redact secret keys, tokens, and customer personal information.
If something goes wrong
- If the same failure repeats, collect diagnostic information instead of retrying without a change.
- For integration or billing issues, confirm the account and billing path for the relevant service.
