Getting Started

What is AEKO?

AEKO is a B2B SaaS platform for AEO (AI Engine Optimization). It monitors how AI engines like ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Claude mention and recommend your brand and products, then turns those findings into concrete optimization work — technical fixes, content, and ads.

Which AI platforms does AEKO track?

It depends on your plan: Starter tracks ChatGPT; Pro adds Gemini and Perplexity; Enterprise adds Claude, covering all four platforms.

How often is my data updated?

Starter and Pro run tracking every 3 days; Enterprise runs daily. Newly added prompts are picked up in the next tracking cycle.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — the Starter plan includes a 7-day free trial. A payment card is registered during onboarding, and billing starts only after the trial ends.

Data & Tracking

What is a "mention"?

A mention is any instance where an AI response includes your brand or product name. AEKO extracts mentions from every tracked response, along with position and sentiment signals.

What is a "tracked prompt"?

A tracked prompt is a question AEKO regularly sends to AI engines — for example, "best Korean sunscreen for sensitive skin." One prompt expands into a combination of AI platforms, markets, and optional contexts, and each combination is tracked separately.

Why don't I see mentions of my brand?

Common reasons: the brand is not yet well known to AI engines, the tracked prompts don't match how customers actually ask, or the market/language settings don't match your audience. Check your brand keyword aliases under Settings → Domain Management too — mention matching uses them.

How is the AI visibility score calculated?

The visibility score factors in where your brand appears in the response (position), how often it appears (frequency), whether sources cite you, and the sentiment of the mention.

Billing & Plans

What plans are available?

Starter (₩99,000/month): 100 tracked prompts, 1 market, ChatGPT. Pro (₩599,000/month): 300 prompts, up to 15 markets, 3 platforms, plus content generation and marketing features. Enterprise (custom): unlimited, all 4 platforms, daily tracking. Prices exclude VAT.

How do I change or cancel my plan?

Go to Settings → Account & Plan to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel. Billing is monthly by card, and you can cancel anytime.

What happens when I hit my plan limits?

When you reach your tracked-prompt, domain, or market limit, you'll need to remove items or upgrade to add more. Store product sync is unlimited on every plan and never counts toward limits.

Integrations & Agents

Which store platforms does AEKO support?

Shopify and Cafe24. Connecting a store syncs your product catalog automatically (unlimited on every plan) and enables publishing optimizations back to the store, with a full audit log and revert.

How do I connect customer reviews?

On the Analyze → Context page, Reviews tab, connect cre.ma, Judge.me, or Cafe24 native reviews (a store connection is required first). Reviews power context suggestions, suggested prompts, content ideas, and ad creative.

What is the AEKO Agents (MCP) connection?

It connects Claude Desktop, Cursor, Claude Code, and Codex directly to your AEKO data at https://aeko-intelligence.com/mcp, authenticated with a one-click browser OAuth flow. With the aeko-plugin skill pack installed, you can run content drafting, PDP rewrites, and technical fixes from inside your AI tools.

Can AEKO change my store without my approval?

No. Store writes happen only for work you initiate, every write is snapshotted in an audit log and revertible, and new ad campaigns are always created paused — nothing serves until you activate it yourself.
