Before you start
Use an active plan with connected product and source evidence. Starter can search; reviews, context evidence, and plan creation require Pro or above.
Step by step
- Describe the customer’s situation, needs, and constraints.
- Check market, language, brand, and collection scope.
- Open original evidence and product associations. Fit describes relevance to evidence, not an AI recommendation probability.
- Add related suggested prompts within your tracking allowance. Pro and above can save evidence into an ad or content plan.
- Read observed mentions separately with the period and denominator of collected valid answers.
- Search execution and queue limits are separate from tracked-prompt allowances. Check the app for current limits and when to retry.
Check the result
Selected evidence is attached to the next task, and the scope of observed results is explicit.

- For empty results, first check evidence connection, collection status, market, and language.
